Hallo, heute ists heiss, machma eine heisse Madness, um uns zum Transpirieren zu motivieren! Und weil wir eh schon nass sind, könnma dann auch noch baden gehn 
Nehmt Trinkflaschen und Badekleidung mit!! Es gibt in der Nähe einen Brunnen zum Auffüllen.
