-Today is a rest day and should be used to take care of any aches and pains.

 

-If you have access to a foam roller then make good use of it then spend at least 30 minutes stretching from head to toe.

 

-...And yes, yesterday's WOD was indeed an April Fool's joke, but well done to those who tried it!
