[PkGenerations]Tabata Jump Squats

Complete one tabata using jump squats.


-A tabata workout is 4 minutes long and consists of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times in total.


-So start a stopwatch or timer and complete as many jump squats as you can in 20 seconds, then rest for 10, and repeat for 8 bouts of exercise in a row.


-The complete workout looks like this:
