Complete 10 sets of 25 lunges, weighted if you can.


-Complete 10 sets of 25 walking lunges.


-For each repetition, the rear leg must gently touch the ground to ensure sufficient depth and the leading leg's knee must stay behind the toes when you step forward, to protect the knee.


-Add a weight vest, heavy backpack or carry a barbell overhead if you can!
