Complete 5 rounds of a 400m run, 5 pullups, 15 squats and 15 pressups for time.

 

-If you haven't already done this with me at class this morning, then it's your turn. ;-)

 

-Start a timer or stopwatch and see how quickly you can complete 5 rounds, with each round consisting of:

 

-a 400m run

-5 pullups

-15 squats

-15 pressups

 

-Rest if and when you need to but...
