[PkGenerations]Hill Sprints

Find a steep hill between 30 and 50 metres long and complete 10 trips to the top as fast as you possibly can.


-Ensure you are thoroughly warmed up before you begin.


-Rest a couple of minutes between lengths.


-Drive as hard and as fast as you can to the top then walk back down to recover.


-Stretch those legs afterwards!
