Complete 100 dips in the least number of sets possible.


-Upper arm has to reach a position at least parallel with the floor for the bottom position of each rep, and you need to lock the arms out each time, no half reps.


-Try to complete 100 in the least number of sets possible, so 5 x 20 is better than 10 x 10 etc.
