This is a document of the past year and then some. Since my last upload my life has changed dramatically: I have gone to college, met entirely new people, lost my first love, directed and produced a short film, cycled 1,200 miles to Alabama, and gone through the separation of my parents. And through all of that struggle and joy the constant love of my dearest friends kept me afloat. Parkour has been a massive part of my life for almost 6 years, but more important than the discipline itself are the people I've met through it. I love you all so much. I'll train with you again soon.
