This is a circuit that many of the original Bournemouth Movement Community used to take part in a couple of times a week. We wanted to create a video showing what The Winton Circuit actually was so that the younger generation can learn from it, and hopefully start doing it as a way to condition themselves ready for Parkour training.This video is a challenge to those currently in the Bournemouth Parkour Community to start doing this circuit on a regular basis, complete the routes, find your own routes, and get strong!
