Colin Bane (http://colinbane.wordpress.com/) is a very cool guy, and I would have said that even before I saw the article he wrote for the Washington Post Magazine. The article is certainly the most in depth coverage of my personal story with Parkour, and I feel does a great job of describing Parkour - but of course you can check it out and see for yourself. The article includes Billy Hughes (Skipper) and Paul Mederos (LeoNn), and the video has Amanda Henry of Primal Fitness.
