I've been doing jumps for a while now. In those years I've seen the change Parkour can do to peoples' lives, just as in my life. They've become self confident, open minded, got new perspectives about all kinds and simply flourished. But what I love most is that Parkour opens up the world to you and gives you the chance to travel to places where - no matter where your destination might is - you can be sure that great people will welcome you. Therefor I'm grateful most. Thank you everyone I've met along my way in all those years just as in my most recent travels through Germany and Amsterdam:)
