[PkGenerations] Chainstore Gym: Open for (serious) Business

Well, we hope everyone has had a cracking Christmas and festive break, taken time to refuel, recharge, rest and actively recover... Because now it's time to get back to business!

The Chainstore Gym is open this week from 2-8pm apart from the 31st December and 1st January, and returns to full opening hours of 10am-10pm from Friday January 2nd. 

Our roster of classes also recommence on the 2nd across London, with our new Mov' Lab class every Tuesday evening at the Chainstore Gym for those who want to explore their movement and push their limits with other like-minded individuals. 

We are now offering a range of Memberships to the gym, for those who really want to get serious about their training and make the most of this fantastic new facility in London. 

So blow off the cobwebs, get your foam roll on and prepare to get serious for 2015!
