[APK-News]Slowing it Down

rssIcon.gif Slowing it Down

Parkour has quickly spread across the world in record time with the help of technology, internet, and video tutorials. A few traceurs and freerunners have been slowing things down with their high speed cameras giving us an incredible display of our movement in slow motion. More importantly, it allows one to analyze movement for training, by breaking each step down in 300 to 600 frames per second! Thomas Stoklasa, founder/webmaster of Parkour Vienna (http://www.parkour-vienna.at/), has been testing out High-Speed Camera for Parkour. Two of his videos below are a must see. Wait for the speed vault at the end, its sick.
