[APK-News]Photography and Parkour

rssIcon.gif Photography and Parkour

A common problem I've seen in many traceurs is that they don't understand photography. They might have a camera, maybe even a really nice camera, but they don't fully understand the principles behind what makes good photos. Ben Anderson, an avid Parkour Photographer, wrote an article explaining some good concepts to keep in mind while photographing Parkour (or freerunning, tricking, gymnastics, or anything else!)

If you want to take really awesome pictures, study up on photography. Pick up a photography magazine, read some articles online. There are plenty of resources out there, and you can take your pictures from okay to amazing.

Check out Ben Anderson's article, and some of his great pictures, here. (http://benneh.net/blog/index.php/2008/03/02/top-10-photography-tips-parkour-tricking-anything/)
