Comfort Zone at the Arsenal Emirates

Yesterday evening saw the launch event hosted at the Arsenal Emirates Stadium for the groudbreaking project with arts group All Change, studying the science of fear through parkour. Through the practice of parkour - combined with creative writing, dance, sound and film - an eclectic group of young people, elite artists and scientists are investigating the science of fear and behavioural response when we step outside of our comfort zone.The event featured a short film premier of the project so far and a demonstration and Q&A with a team from Parkour Generations, and was the first public presentation of the project so far, which remains ongoing this year.
