Another shout-out for veteran traceur Sticky, who next month will begin his 1000 mile run from the northern tip of the UK down to Paris, birthplace of the art, in aid of combatting motor neurone disease. Sticky is doing his Level One ADAPT instructor qualification this week, but other than that he is training all out for his gargantuan task for this excellent cause - so dig deep, head to his blogsite and DONATE!
