Today saw us running an outdoor workshop for 30 poledance instructors interested in trying out parkour as a conclusion to their Annual General Meeting - the ladies all came from Polestars, which offers quality instruction in poledance and other dance disciplines, and we were very impressed by their level of enthusiasm, commitment and willingness to try anything. Congratulations to all the participants, and we look forward to seeing you in class soon!
