After a relentless few months we are now able to get our training insights video series,

, back underway and have just now released
on our dedicated YouTube channel. This episode takes a look at the concept of training small movements in confined spaces in order to make the 'larger' movements much, much easier. Click the link above to check it out. Once we hit ten episodes, we will be releasing them all, along with a whole load of bonus footage, on DVD - due to popular demand!
