APK, a proud advocate of the President's Challenge and Michelle Obama's new initiative!

If you haven't heard of Michelle Obama's new Let's Move! initiative yet, now's the time to take a look. (http://www.letsmove.gov/activity/index.html) She's fighting childhood obesity tooth and nail, from every angle she can, and we here at American Parkour are too! That's why we've teamed up with corporations around the nation to support her initiative, and promote healthy lifestyles to children and adults. As an official advocate (http://presidentschallenge.com/advocates/corporate.aspx) for The President's Challenge, we encourage kids and adults to use Parkour and Freerunning as a way to stay fit and have fun!

We challenge you (yes you!) to take The President's Challenge and track your physical activity over the next six weeks. You can track your progress on the official site here (http://www.presidentschallenge.org/) and earn cool prizes while you show the world how effective parkour is at maintaining fitness. If you want to chat with the APK community about your experience, you can even post your results in this thread (smf/index.php/topic,24474.0.html) and tell us all how you find interesting new ways to stay fit using Parkour and Freerunning.
