John Morrison is among the most athletic and high-flying of all WWE Superstars. How does he do it? Well, he trains Parkour. In his new DVD, John Morrison: Rock Star, he takes you through his day to day, and that includes being able to Jam every sporting arena they go to.... Umm... AWESOME. Skipper had a chance to catch up with him via phone interveiw, and got to do a little brain-picking. He's a very nice guy, fierce competitor, and all around incredible athlete.
