Rochester, NY rocks - and we're going to show you why. April 16-18th traceurs from all over New York State (and surrounding states) will be descending on Rochester, New York for three days of jamming and fun! The highlight of the event will be our weekly Saturday jam at Manhattan Square Park, one of famous architect Lawrence Halprin's favorite pieces. We'll be exploring everything else Rochester has to offer, then wrapping up with a gym jam on Sunday. Read more to get the details!
