New Academy Taking Off...

The South-East London Parkour Academy, the latest addition to our regular classes, is really taking off now. Under Blane's guidance, the class runs from 7.30-9.00pm every Monday at the new Optimal Life Fitness Training Centre in Hither Green. The location of the centre is 174-176 Hither Green Lane, Hither Green SE13 6QB, with the entrance just off Lanier Road and via the loading bay. All are welcome!
