Scotland Seminar: August 7th

Today sees us teaching at Scotland's first National Parkour event in Glasgow, Roots Of Movement. The is a chance for traceurs old and new to come together to share a day of challenging training for any level of practitioner. The event will be hosted by Glasgow Parkour Coaching, and Blane and Yao from the Team have been invited to teach throughout the day. Roots of Movement is designed for all levels of practitioner from aged 8 upwards. Whether you are a beginner or veteran practitioner, the coaches will help you to practise techniques, experience new ideas and face some individual challenges. Click here for more details.
