SFPK Rocks "Life is Living"

On October 3rd, SFParkour and Parkour Connections held a series of workshops for the annual Life is Living (http://www.lifeisliving.org/) Festival in DeFremery Park in Oakland. They gave us a big space in between three very climbable trees right in the middle of the park and we rented a 17” U-Haul filled to the brim with awesome parkour equipment (thanks to the guys at CrossFit Marin (http://crossfitmarin.com/) ), mats, and scaffolding. The highlight of the equipment was a set of awesome lighting scaffolding that we set up in a sort of swingset structure with extra bars and rings attached, making for some crazy flow.
