Sunday Girls Jam at Elephant and Castle

This Sunday 9th January 2011 from 1.30pm at ELEPHANT & CASTLE will be the first official Womens Jam of 2011! Meet outside Elephant tube station (shopping centre exit) in time for a 1.30 start - we'll then head on down to the nearby spot for all sorts of fun. In addition, the jam will be graced with the presence, skills and advice of Parkour Generations team member THOMAS COUETDIC, who is currently in London for a short time only. For those unfamiliar with the jams, they are free and open training sessions, for all levels of experience and ability. They are a great opportunity to catch up with other practising traceuses and to share training ideas and encouragement. There are always a few Generations instructors around for advice and training suggestions, should you need it, and a warm-up session is usually run at the start to get everyone moving and ready to go practise!
