Evolve Project Commences

We are pleased to announce the recent start of a new project entitled Evolve, the brainchild of film-maker and long time Academy practitioner, Karen Palmer. This project consists of two elements - Evolve 0.1: the training programme for young people, and Evolution: a new creative commission from Karen. Evolve 0.1 is an exciting new initiative taking place as part of the ongoing regeneration of the South Kilburn area and is a joint programme of creative and physical activity where you will have the opportunity to learn both parkour and film making skills working with professionals at the top of their game. Commissioned by South Kilburn Neighbourhood Trust and funded by New Deal for Communities, the project will act as part of the cultural lead up to the London Olympic and Paralympic games.
