February Women's Classes: Open for Booking

February's Women's Outdoor Classes are now open for booking via the site, just follow the link above to book a slot on a coming Thursday. The women's classes are a great place to start and there are always two instructors (one male, one female) and 12 students maximum per class (all female), with experience varying from absolute beginners upwards. Whatever your level, the class will be tailored to you! The atmosphere is really friendly and supportive and you'll work on different things in every class. If you come on your own don't worry you'll be made to feel part of the group right from the start
