[APK-News]2.7.11. Brazil - Traceurs to the Rescue

Recently many states of Brazil suffered with river’s

overflow and rains. A lot of houses and human lives were lost and some cities

have just disappeared. So, ABPK (Brazilian Parkour Association) stood up and

got down to business. All tracers from all states were called to help and we

created the project “Tracers ao Resgate” (Tracers To The Rescue). Last

Saturday, 5th of February, groups and cities, each one in your own

state, participated of a special jam where they went from house to house

collecting supplies to help authorities. Here is the video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DaRkRIGNF7w?f) we used to

promote the project, soon we will edit a national footage with every city

and group who help the cause. It is nice

to see Parkour been showed as a positive force in the world. And I think this

is the aim of all of us who cares with it.
