Complete four rounds of 10 muscle ups, 20 pressups and 10 dips for time.


-Today's training consists of an upper body circuit and you should try to complete it as quickly as you can whilst maintaining good technique.


-Complete the exercises in order and don't move on to the next exercise until the previous one is complete. Rest as much as you need to, whenever you like, but...
