Complete 5 sprints with quadrupedie back to home base.

-Begin with a thorough warm up including joint rotations and some steady-state cardio for 5 minutes or so. Include a few short lengths of 80% max speed just to get the hamstrings and glutes firing.

-Your challenge today is to mix short sprint lengths with some quadrupedie and you will need a 50m stretch of grass, a running track or perhaps...
