Complete 1,000 muscle ups for time.


-Try to complete today's workout as quickly as you can and in the least amount of sets possible.


-Warm up thoroughly before you begin and stretching afterwards is always helpful.


-If you can't do 1,000 muscle ups then you can do 1,000 pullups and 1,000 dips instead but only if necessary, ideally you should do 1,000 muscle ups....
