Run for 30 minutes then spend 15 minutes training your underbar techniques.

 

-Run for 30 minutes continuously. Try to keep a consistent pace and avoid stopping.

 

-If you cannot complete the 30 minutes without rest then you can walk to recover in between bouts of running,

 

-Finish the run with a five minute walk to recover, focus on your breathing.
