Complete 30 pistols per side in the least amount of sets possible, then complete 200 calf raises.


-Complete 30 one-legged squats per side in the least amount of time possible.


-Keep your heel flat on the floor at all times and if you cannot do them free standing then you can grab on to a wall or door frame for assistance.


-Finish today's leg workout with 200 calf raises...
