Complete a bodyweight circuit consisting of pullups, dips and squats.


-There will be three rounds in total.


-Round one consists of 21 pullups, 21 dips, and 21 squats.


-Round two consists of 15 pullups, 15 dips and 15 squats.


-Round three consists of 9 pullups, 9 dips and 9 squats.


-Complete the circuit as quickly as you can with good form.
