Start a running timer or stopwatch and start a muscle up ladder until you can't keep up.

 

-Start a running timer or stopwatch and do 1 muscle up.

 

-When the timer hits 2 minutes, do 2 muscle ups.

 

-When the timer hits 3 minutes, do 3 muscle ups.

 

-Continue this for as long as you can until you can't keep up with the timer.

 

-You can drop off the bar and rest...
