Find something heavy (ideally load up a barbell) and squat the most weight you can for 5 sets of 5 reps.


-If you don't have access to a set of weights then you can head outside and find a heavy rock or log, just something you can safely pick up and support in a suitable position - behind the head or on the front of the shoulders might work best.
