Oklahoma City Fox 25 has a regular segment called Training Days. On Tuesday... it was parkour's day. Fox interviewed Chris Stevenson and Cody Green and asked them about how they train. The piece came off very well and while they used some clips of traceurs doing some pretty big stuff, Chris and Cody did an awesome job talking about how much strength work these people had to do, and how people doing big things have been training for a long time.
