[Kuch0r-Favs] Project "Rehab" Volume 2

We fell and we got back up... Again and again and again. And we have learned one thing: we will always fight to get back up, no matter how hard it will be.The last few months were exhausting and had their ups and downs...We are still struggling with our knee problems and we could have never imagined that it would take that long to feel progress concerning the healing process.Nonetheless we pushed trough. Every day. Every night. And we will keep pushing forward cause no matter how tiny the progress might be... It is still progress right?This time we built up a whole new way of training for ourselves because we felt like we could undertake a bit more strain on our knees than before. So we approached ring-squats (that's how we like to call them), staircase runs, carrying-exercises and many more. We also added regular stretching to our training as an essential element of our trainings to prevent muscle stiffness and relax the ankles.We hope you like "Volume 2" and keep spreading the positive vibes, just as we do.Much Love and Powerthe Rehab Brothers
