Intro Parkour/Freerunning Seminar in MN

On Friday night, Jan. 30, Gleason's Gymnastics Gym in Maple Grove, MN,

under the initiative of Freerunning instructor Chad Zwadlo, hosted the

second of two introductory Parkour/Freerunning seminars. Because of

the overwhelming success of the first seminar at the Eagan location in

December, Chad convinced Mr. Gleason to hold the second at the Maple

Grove location, which brought in 29 individuals, both male and female,

of varying ages and backgrounds.
