Women's Jam, London: Sunday 8th August

This Sunday sees our monthly Women's Jam kicking off in Elephant and Castle. The Jams are free events, open to any and all female practitioners or beginners, and provide a great environment in which to exchange ideas and methods, get tips from others and make connections with practitioners from all over the UK. A couple of our team are always on hand to help out, and we offer a fun warm-up before the jam for any who want to jump in. This Sunday we meet outside the Shopping Centre exit of Elephant and Castle tube station for 1.30pm - any questions, please email us on girls(at)parkourgenerations.com
