Weekend Wakeup at Elephant and Castle

This months Weekend Wakeup class will not be held at the usual Off-the-Wall location unfortunately and will therefore be scheduled to be located at the Elephant and Castle estate on Sunday 30th January. The class is open to all levels of ability and anyone over the age of 14. If you are planning on coming along please meet outside the shopping centre exit of the Elephant and Castle tube station. Usually practitioners will gather on the ramp behind the bus stops next to the station. The class is £10 and lasts for two hours from 11am to 1pm with teachers Andy and Blane. Hopefully we'll see you there!
