Run 1 mile at a steady pace and then dedicate some time to recovery.


-After the run, massage any tight or sensitive areas of the body with a foam roller, golf ball or similar tool.


-Spend 30 minutes stretching and remember to focus on your breathing, avoid holding your breath and remember to breathe slowly and deeply.


-Get plenty of good food and sleep, you've earned it!
